Scope

    This project required mass earthwork and site utilities for an 18-acre multi-family neighborhood. Winninger Excavating, Inc. worked closely with the developer to balance the site and bring the project in on budget and ahead of schedule. Winninger Excavating, Inc. had to preform extensive dewatering on this project for the installation of the underground utilities.
