Scope

    Mass earthwork and underground utilities were performed on a 37-acre site. Winninger Excavating, Inc. performed the mass earthwork, site utilities, and soil stabilization at an expedited schedule to ensure that roads were installed before winter approached. This project required extensive dewatering along with auger and casing utilities under Bell Road.
