Civil Estimator

Evaluate project sites and plans to provide estimates and bids for earthwork, roadway, site preparation, underground utilities, and drainage systems. Work closely with the construction project manager and chief estimator to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors. Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits. Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and costs to determine overall cost for construction projects. Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers. Analyze and provide accurate takeoff information for earthwork and underground utilities with a detailed list of materials and total construction costs. Solicit subcontractor, vendor, and equipment supplier information and pricing. Review and estimate change orders and other cost impacts. Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and budgets.

Project Manager

Oversees construction projects from start to finish by developing a master project schedule that is updated and communicated to all subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and field personnel to assure timely project(s) completion. Establishes project(s) subcontract requirements and reviews these requirements with divisional management. Responsible for controlling costs and maintaining profitability for the project(s), utilizing extensive heavy construction experience. Continually monitors project(s) to assure company and regulatory procedures are adhered to. Monitors project(s) purchasing activities to assure quality material and timely delivery at competitive costs. Oversee change order pricing and justifications. Ensure these changes are invoiced promptly. Coordinates with engineers, inspectors, and clients/owner representatives to isolate project issues and assists field superintendent in developing solutions. Reviews field construction activity, engineering, and other field project(s) support activities with field superintendent and provides support in ensuring projects remain on schedule and within projected budget. Conducts regular project(s) inspections (min. one time per week) and advises project field superintendent of work progress and quality of work. Continuously supports safety and provides assistance to supervision in addressing areas and conditions requiring attention. Coordinates with Superintendents on work with subcontractors to ensure all subcontract work is within project(s) scope and specifications. Administers project(s) policies and procedures to subcontractors. Oversee the billings general collections process and ensure all monies are collected in a timely manner.

Project Engineer

Tracking daily quantities and project performance. Reconciling vender tickets, trucking tickets, and subcontractor pay requests. Tracking pay quantities and assisting project team with pay requests. Documenting project changes and initiating change orders. Maintaining project schedule and working with project team to achieve the project schedule. Offer technical support to foreman and superintendents.

CDL A Dump Truck Drivers

Transport crushed rock, sand, spoils, and gravel to and from specified locations. Verify the types of materials being transported and ensuring that they do not exceed weight restrictions. Ensure that the materials are loaded correctly onto the dump truck. Inspect the dump truck before and after every trip, which includes checking the oil, gas, and water levels as well as the lights and tires. Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or mechanical faults to management. Perform regular light maintenance to ensure that the truck is in good working order. Carry out all tasks in a safe competent matter. Maintain accurate driver logs.

Sewer and Water Laborers

Install water mains and water services, sanitary sewer mains and sewer services, storm sewer, and utility conduits. Install cast-in-place manhole bases and inlets, precast structures, and various drainage structures. Knowledge of system operation and study of building plans or working drawings. The ability to accurately implement the necessary tools required for laying pipes, including the utilization of levels, lasers, saws, dewatering pumps, and rigging equipment.
